Preferred Lenders (with AboutYourMortgage.com) provide designated team members and respond to homeowner information provided through AboutYourMortgage.com’s submission process within a set amount of time.
Non-Preferred Lender (with AboutYourMortgage.com) is a Mortgage Loan Lender who does not participate in our Preferred Lenders program. It is important to note that if a Lender does not participate in AYM’s “Preferred Lenders Program”, homeowners receive prompt notification from us. If a lender is not a Preferred Lender with AboutYourMortgage.com we WILL NOT SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION OR CONTACT THEM FOR YOU. We will also provide you with your Mortgage Loan Lender’s name and contact information for you to contact them immediately. Because this information can change without AboutYourMortgage’s knowledge it is important that YOU establish personal contact with your Lender and do not rely solely on contact information provided by AboutYourMortgage.com, or any other entity.
AboutYourMortgage provides you with your Lender’s Name and documents your Mortgage Loan Lender requests that you prepare and/or have available when they contact you. Preferred Lenders provide designated team members and respond to homeowner information provided through AboutYourMortgage.com’s submission process within a set amount of time.
Our goal is to educate and help homeowners to the best of our ability. In keeping with this goal, if your Mortgage Loan Lender does not participate in our Preferred Lender Program, AboutYourMortgage will still provide you with valuable information. We will notify you promptly and include their contact and standard document preparation information. However, we will not send your information to them and strongly encourage you to contact them immediately, due to the historic volume of requests they receive. We will also contact your Lender and attempt to secure an agreement with them within 90 days. If we secure an agreement with your Lender we will submit your information to them and notify you of their participation as a Preferred Lender with AboutYourMortgage.com.
